Build and manage your store's online ordering website with GreenPOS.
Navigate to Configuration > Website in the sidebar.
Overview
Every GreenPOS store can have its own online ordering website. Customers can browse products, add items to their cart, and place orders for pickup. The website is automatically generated from your product catalog.
Website Tabs
The Website page has several tabs for configuration:
Templates
Choose a website template for your store. Templates control the overall layout and style of your online store.
Customization
Customize your store's visual appearance:

SEO
Configure search engine optimization settings:

Price Display
Control how prices appear on your online store:

| Post-Tax Pricing | Show prices that already include tax |
| Pre-Tax Pricing | Show prices before tax (tax added at checkout) |
| Show Live Discounted Prices | Display sale prices for products with active discounts |
Banners & Promotions
Create and manage promotional banners that appear on your storefront. Use these to highlight sales, new products, or announcements.
Domain
Set up a custom domain for your store's website:
- Enter your custom domain name.
- Configure DNS records as instructed (CNAME or A record).
- Wait for DNS verification to complete.
- Once verified, your custom domain will serve your GreenPOS store.

Customer Experience
When customers visit your online store, they can:
- Browse products — View your full catalog with categories, images, and pricing.
- View product details — See descriptions, THC/CBD info, effects, and pricing.
- Add to cart — Build an order with multiple products.
- Create an account or log in — Track orders and earn loyalty points.
- Checkout — Place an order for pickup at your store.
- Track orders — View order status and history from their account.
Tips
- Add product images — Products with images get significantly more orders.
- Write descriptions — Help customers understand your products.
- Set up SEO — A good page title and meta description improve your search ranking.
- Enable discounted prices — Showing sale prices encourages purchases.
