Accept and manage orders from your online menu through integrated platforms.

Access from Orders → Online Orders.

Order Sources

GreenPOS accepts online orders from these sources:

• Website — Your own GreenPOS-powered online menu
• App — Orders from your store's mobile app
• Weedmaps — Weedmaps marketplace orders
• Leafly — Leafly marketplace orders

Order Statuses

Status	Description	Action Needed
Pending	New order, awaiting confirmation	Confirm or cancel
Confirmed	Store has accepted the order	Start preparing
Preparing	Order is being pulled and packed	Mark as ready when done
Ready	Prepared and waiting for customer pickup	Complete when picked up
Completed	Successfully fulfilled	None
Cancelled	Order was cancelled	None

Processing Orders

Step 1: Review Pending Order

When an order arrives:

1. Check order details
   • Customer name
   • Products ordered
   • Pickup time
2. Verify inventory availability
3. Click Confirm Order to accept, or cancel if needed

Step 2: Prepare Order

After confirming:

1. Click Start Preparing to move the order to Preparing status
2. Pull products from inventory
3. Verify items match order
4. Click Mark as Ready when the order is packed

Step 3: Customer Pickup

When customer arrives:

1. Find order by name or number
2. Verify customer ID
3. Process payment
4. Complete order

Order Queue

The order queue shows all pending orders:

• Color-coded by status
• Sorted by pickup time
• Time indicators for late orders

Fulfillment Tips

1. Accept quickly: Customers expect fast confirmation
2. Stage by time: Organize by pickup time
3. Communicate delays: Update status if running behind
4. Verify everything: Check items before customer arrives

Inventory Holds

When an order is accepted:

• Products are held (reserved)
• Reduces available quantity
• Holds release if order cancelled
• Holds clear after 24 hours if not completed

Notifications

Configure order notifications:

Notification	Options
New order	Sound, popup, email
Late order	Dashboard alert
Low inventory	Email to manager

Integration Setup

Connecting Weedmaps / Leafly

1. Go to Settings → Integrations
2. Select Weedmaps or Leafly
3. Enter your API credentials
4. Enable menu sync
5. Products sync automatically based on your inventory
