GreenPOS provides a comprehensive suite of reports accessible from Reports & Analytics in the sidebar.

Sales Reports

AI Analytics lets you ask questions in plain English (e.g., "What were my top products last month?") and get answers with charts and tables. It uses a credit-based system ($0.25/query) or an unlimited subscription ($30/month).

Date Range
All reports support date range selection with quick presets:
- Today, Yesterday
- Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days
- This Month, Last Month
- Custom date range
Export
Most reports offer Export CSV and Export PDF buttons to download report data.
Plan-Based Access
Some reports require a Pro or Enterprise plan:
- Profit Analysis
- Customer Insights
- Staff Performance
- Sales Trends
Free/Basic plan users see limited data with an upgrade prompt.
Role-Based Visibility
- Budtenders cannot view cost or profit data (Profit Analysis, Item Profitability margins).
- Managers and above have full access to all reports.
