Integrated Menus

Sync your GreenPOS product catalog with third-party menu platforms like Weedmaps and Leafly.

Navigate to Configuration > Integrated Menus in the sidebar.

Overview

Integrated Menus lets you keep your product listings on Weedmaps and Leafly up to date automatically. When you update products, pricing, or inventory in GreenPOS, those changes can be pushed to your connected platforms.

Platform API keys for Weedmaps and Leafly must be configured before menu sync will work. Contact your GreenPOS account representative if you need help setting up your API keys.

Category Mapping

Before syncing, map your GreenPOS categories to the categories used by each platform.

For each GreenPOS category, select the matching category on the platform. This ensures products appear in the right section of your online menu.

Auto-Sync

Menu sync runs automatically every day at 3:00 AM in your store's timezone. This is a full sync that pushes all active products with inventory to the connected platforms.

Additionally, GreenPOS checks for discount changes every 15 minutes and triggers a menu sync if pricing has changed, so your online menus reflect current deals.

Manual Sync

To push changes immediately without waiting for the scheduled sync:

  1. Go to Configuration > Integrated Menus.
  2. Click Sync Now for the platform you want to update.
  3. The sync runs in the background and updates your menu listing.

Product-Level Control

You can control which products sync to online platforms from the product settings. Products that are inactive or out of stock are automatically excluded from syncs.

Troubleshooting

Products not appearing on Weedmaps/Leafly:

  • Verify the platform API key has been configured for the platform.
  • Check that category mappings are set for the product's category.
  • Ensure the product is active and has inventory.
  • Try a manual sync.

Prices not updating:

  • Manual syncs push current pricing immediately.
  • Auto-sync runs at 3 AM — changes after that appear the next day unless a discount change triggers an earlier sync.
  • Verify the product price is correct in GreenPOS.
