Store Settings

Configure your store's basic information, display options, and operational settings.

Accessing Settings

Navigate to Configuration > Settings in the sidebar. Settings are organized across multiple tabs (Store, Tax, Limits, Metrc, Receipt, Printers, Mobile Dashboard, AI Credits).

Basic Information

Store Details

Field	Description
Store Name	Your dispensary name
Address	Street address
City	City name
State	State/Province
ZIP	Postal code
Phone	Main contact number
Email	Store email address

License Information

Field	Description
License Number	State cannabis license
License Type	Retail, Medical, etc.
Expiration Date	License expiry

Display Settings

Theme

Choose your store's appearance:

• Light Mode: White background
• Dark Mode: Dark background
• System: Match device setting

Logo

Upload your store logo:

1. Click Upload Logo
2. Select image file (PNG, JPG)
3. Crop if needed
4. Save

Logo appears on:

• Receipts
• Customer-facing displays
• Reports

Operational Settings

Hours of Operation

Set your business hours on the Store tab:

1. Scroll to the Hours of Operation section
2. Set hours for each day
3. Mark closed days
4. Save schedule

Hours affect:

• Online ordering availability
• Report calculations
• Staff scheduling

Timezone

Select your store's timezone:

• Affects transaction timestamps
• Report date calculations
• Scheduled operations

Changing Timezone

Changing timezone affects how historical data is displayed. Proceed with caution.

Registers

Register Configuration

Receipt Settings

Configure receipt appearance:

• Header text
• Footer message
• Logo display
• Font size
• Paper width (58mm/80mm)

Tax Settings

Tax Rates

Configure applicable taxes:

Tax Type	Rate	Applies To
State Sales Tax	X%	All products
Local Tax	X%	All products
Cannabis Tax	X%	Cannabis only
Medical Tax	X%	Medical sales

Tax Inclusion

• Tax Included: Prices include tax
• Tax Added: Tax added at checkout

Store Alerts

Configure alerts for:

• Low inventory
• Daily sales summary
• Large transactions

• SMS (if configured)

Backup & Data

Data Export

Export store data:

1. Go to Configuration > Data Import Tool in the sidebar
2. Select data type:
   • Products
   • Customers
   • Transactions
3. Choose format
4. Download

Printer Settings

Receipt Printers

Configure printers for receipts:

1. Go to Configuration > Settings, select the Printers tab
2. Click Add Printer
3. Select printer type:
   • USB: Directly connected
   • Network: IP-based connection
   • Bluetooth: Mobile printing
4. Enter connection details
5. Test print
6. Save

Label Printers

For barcode labels:

1. Add label printer
2. Configure label size (2x1, 3x2, etc.)
3. Set default template
4. Test print

Manager PIN

Set up a PIN for manager overrides:

1. Go to Configuration > Employees and open the employee's profile
2. Click Set Manager PIN
3. Enter a 4-6 digit PIN
4. Confirm and save

PIN is required for:

• Voids and returns
• Price overrides
• Large discounts
• Register access

Mobile Dashboard Tokens

Generate tokens for Owner Dashboard mobile access:

1. Go to Configuration > Settings, select the Mobile Dashboard tab
2. Click Generate New Dashboard Link
3. Copy token or scan QR code
4. Use to log into Owner Dashboard app

Security:

• Each token grants full access
• Generate separate tokens per device
• Revoke tokens if device is lost

Purchase Limits

Configure per-transaction limits:

1. Go to Configuration > Settings, select the Limits tab
2. Set by customer type:
   • Recreational: State limits
   • Medical: Higher limits
3. Configure by category:
   • Flower (grams)
   • Concentrates (grams)
   • Edibles (mg THC)
4. Save settings

POS warns when approaching limits.

Saving Changes

1. Make your changes
2. Click Save Settings
3. Changes apply immediately

Some changes may require page refresh.
