Receipt Settings

Customize your receipt appearance, content, and printing options.

Receipt Designer​

Access from Configuration > Settings, then select the Receipt tab.

Header Settings​

Store Information​

Choose what appears in the header:

Logo Settings​

  • Logo Scale: Adjust size (50%-150%)
  • Logo Position: Center or left aligned
  • Logo Quality: High res recommended (300+ DPI)

Testing​

  1. Click Test Print
  2. Review sample receipt
  3. Adjust settings as needed

Email Receipts​

Enable Email Receipts​

  1. Go to Configuration > Settings > Receipt tab, then the Email section
  2. Toggle Email Receipts
  3. Configure email settings

Email Content​

  • Same layout as printed
  • HTML formatted
  • Includes store logo
  • Links clickable

Customer Opt-in​

Customers can request email receipt:

  • At checkout
  • In customer profile
  • Via customer portal
