Inventory Reports

GreenPOS tracks inventory at the package level. Inventory reporting is built into the Inventory pages rather than being a standalone report section.

Where to Find Inventory Data​

Products Page​

Navigate to Inventory > Products to see all products with current stock levels.

  • Search and filter by category, brand, or status
  • View quantity on hand per product
  • See which products are low stock or out of stock

Packages Page​

Navigate to Inventory > Packages for package-level inventory detail.

Each package shows:

  • Metrc Tag — Compliance tracking number
  • Product — Associated product name
  • Quantity — Current quantity remaining
  • Status — Active, On Hold, etc.

Cycle Counts​

Navigate to Inventory > Cycle Counts to see historical count results and variances.

Completed counts show:

  • Expected vs. counted quantities
  • Variance (units and value)
  • Who performed the count
  • When the count was completed
