Processing Online Order Pickups

GreenPOS does not have a separate "Express Checkout" mode. Online orders are managed from the Online Orders page and completed at the regular POS.
Pickup Workflow
When a customer arrives to pick up an online order:
- Go to Sales & Operations > Online Orders.
- Find the order in the Ready tab (or search by customer name or order number).
- Verify the customer's ID.
- Click Complete to mark the order as fulfilled.
If the order has not been paid online, you can click Send to POS to process the remaining payment through the register.
Tips for Fast Pickup Service
- Stage orders ahead of time — When you mark an order as Ready, have the bag packed and labeled.
- Label bags with order numbers — Makes it easy to grab the right order.
- Verify products when staging — Don't wait until the customer is at the counter.
- Use the search — Quickly find orders by customer name or order number.
Handling Issues at Pickup

| Item out of stock | Cancel the order or substitute before the customer arrives |
| Customer wants to add items | Process a separate sale at the POS |
| Customer doesn't show up | Order remains in Ready status until manually cancelled |
