Mobile Online Orders
View and manage online orders from your phone.
Accessing Orders
Tap Orders in the bottom navigation bar, or access from the mobile dashboard.
Viewing Orders
See incoming online orders from all sources:
- Website orders
- App orders
- Weedmaps orders
- Leafly orders
Each order shows:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Order type (pickup/delivery)
- Status
- Time placed
Order Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | New order, awaiting confirmation |
| Confirmed | Store has accepted the order |
| Preparing | Order is being pulled and packed |
| Ready | Prepared and waiting for pickup/delivery |
| Completed | Successfully fulfilled |
| Cancelled | Order was cancelled |
Managing Orders
Tap an order to view its full details and update its status. You can advance orders through the workflow (Confirm, Prepare, Ready, Complete) directly from your phone.
Use Cases
- Monitor incoming orders — Get notified of new orders while on the floor.
- Update order status — Mark orders as ready without going back to the desktop.
- Check order details — Review items and special instructions.
