Look up customer profiles and loyalty information from your phone.

Accessing Customers​

Tap Customers in the bottom navigation bar.

Customer Lookup​

Search for customers by:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email

Customer Profile​

Tap a customer to view their profile:

  • Name and contact information
  • Customer type (Medical / Recreational)
  • Loyalty points balance
  • Recent purchase history

Use Cases​

  • Greet returning customers by name — Look up a customer before they reach the counter.
  • Check loyalty balance — Tell customers their points balance while they're browsing.
  • Verify medical status — Confirm medical card details.
