Tiers

Create loyalty tiers to reward your most loyal customers. Tiers can have different benefits or be used to trigger automatic discounts.

Rewards

Set up a rewards catalog that customers can redeem points for at the POS.

How Loyalty Works at Checkout

  1. When a customer is attached to a sale, their current loyalty points balance is visible.
  2. Before completing payment, the budtender can click Redeem Points to apply a points-based discount.
  3. After the sale completes, the customer earns points based on the sale amount and your configured rate.
  4. Points earned are shown on the receipt (if the receipt setting is enabled).

Tips

  • Communicate the program — Make sure customers know they're earning points. The receipt shows points earned.
  • Set a reasonable redemption rate — A common setup is 1 point per $1 spent and 100 points = $1 off.
  • Use tiers for engagement — Higher tiers make customers feel valued and encourage repeat visits.
