Tiered Commissions

Tips
- Keep rules simple — Fewer, clearer rules are easier for staff to understand and motivate around.
- Use priority wisely — If you have both a general rule (all sales at 5%) and a category-specific rule (concentrates at 7%), set the category rule to a higher priority so it takes precedence.
- Review regularly — Check commission reports monthly and adjust rates based on performance.
